Terms & Conditions for OPD Online Booking

1. The Online OPD Booking will book a slot for the patient during the time-period the doctor is available at the Hospital. However, patients will be seen on a first come / first serve basis with priority given to patients having made an online appointment
2. The Online reservation does not guarantee that the doctor / consultant will see the patient immediately as the patient arrives; patient may have to wait for some time for the doctor / consultant to finish attending to patients who have arrived before
3. Doctor / Consultant will always give precedence to emergencies
